Your box will arrive in approximately 6-8 weeks from the date that JMD receives your Boxed Consultation documentation (questionnaire, measurements, and images).

Towards the end of your questionnaire you are asked to select from one of four targeted budget tiers.  Please be aware that these are only targets that will help inform our design process and selections and not guarantees. Once you receive your Boxed Consultation, you can implement the design as specified or substitute items to meet your specific budget. You have control of what you ultimately purchase.

All of the componants of the program were carefully crafted to ensure a successful project.  Since I cannot be in your home to “feel” your style, I need you to show it to me.  This is your process and whatever inspires you is fare game I just need to be able to get a sence of you and where you want to go.

In some cases, you will have the opportunity to purchase products that are sold soley “to the trade” or products for which I can receive special trade pricing. In these instances, I will need to purchase the item(s) for you. In situations where special pricing is available, JMD will split the discount with you 50/50. Whenever possable, you will use your own credit card for purchases made through JMD and the 50% discount charge will be billed seperately.

In instances where items will be purchased directly by you through a third party vendor, you will be supplied with a dirrect link to that product.

It is very important that you measure your room accurately.  I rely upon the information you send in order to create your scaled room design. To this end we have created a Measuring Tutorial to guide you.  Please follow the instructions very carefully, making sure to measure everything and taking extra care in measuring door openings!  We cannot be responsible for any incorrect information provided to us. If you are concerned abot fit, we strongly recommend that you re-measure prior to placing product orders.

You have until the end of our scheduled half-hour telephone conversation or 5 days, whichever is longer, to change your mind and receive a full refund. If at the end of  the intake phone conversation you find that this is not a match for you, just let me know and I will issue you a refund. If we have completed the call but are still within our 5-day canelation period, email me at BoxedConsult@JeanetteMaguire.com and I will issue a full refund (less any applicable PayPal, bank or credit card charges or fees). No refunds will granted after the phone call and grace period have passed.

After your have received your Boxed Consultation you can schedule a one-half hour follow-up phone consultation with me to go over any questions you may have. When you are at that stage, please email me at jeanette@JeanetteMaguire.com and let me know you are ready to schedule. Additional consultation time may be purchased at the rate of $150 per hour.

My goal is to deliver a design that thrills you. To this end, I am pleased to accommodate up to three specific changes per room. Please have these change requests ready for our scheduled follow-up phone consultation.

Yes. All of your information (except for credtit card information) is retained for future reference should we need it.
